"The apartments are pretty well kept, and the neighbors are all friendly. I have had one package theft since being here since April. (Which is not bad considering I get a huge number of packages.) The office staff seems to be constantly changing, which is not great. The only real issue I have had is unresponsive office staff. (They NEVER respond to emails or calls. At least not the current round of staff.) It's not enough to make me want to move...but it is aggravating. UPDATE: (Nov 23) new neighbor has a dog that barks ALL DAY. Office told me they cannot do anything. Update: (Jan 24) The office has been very responsive and helpful for the past several weeks!"

"Love that is a small complex. Not crowded. The maintenance crew r fast and very nice people. They make sure the property is well kept. With the exception of a few ghetto people that move in. It's a great place to live. Been here almost 4yrs. Not planning on moving anytime soon. This place is close to everything."

"Great smaller quiet apartment complex! Wonderful amenities…pool, hot tub, workout room, computer room, business office with internet connection with small kitchen that looks out to the pool, dog park, and more! Easy move in with fast approval. The apartment is spacious and looks amazing. Schools that we a zone for are top notch and enrolling was simple. Bus pick up is right at the entrance. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is it! Living here has been a blessing."

"I have lived at Grand Estates since March 2018. The two units I have lived in have up to date appliances. Most of my guests comment on how nice the units are. Maintenance team is quick and easy when needed. I experienced a frozen pipe incident on Christmas Eve 2022 and the maintenance team was responsive to the needs of all those affected. It is a smoke free facility so keep that in mind if you smoke. I think it’s a great place to live and I hope you will too."
