"If you are working at home I would think twice about staying here. The internet goes on and out too many times. We have Single Digits and when I look them up, there are a lot of bad reviews. The staff tries to help with issues but there hands are tied because corporate picked the company. They do have sone events which is good. The maintenance staff is fantastic. Another big issue is the smoke detector alarm goes off in the complex too many times and you have wait for the fire department to come turn it off. When we first Mobed in, they said the6 are trying to get wine for us. Not only did this not happen, we use to get bottles of water and that stopped. They said we could ask for bottled but last time they said it is only for future residence."

"Have been here officially a week today and it's been so stressful I legitimately am starting to regret this move. 1) the floor plan we thought we were moving into was not the same as the one we got. There was a discrepancy in the online tour/floor plan and what was the actual plan. That much was on paper and they acknowledged. The other was that we were told on the tour that both bathrooms would have tubs and L shaped balcony. We found out with the office that this was never going to be an option with this floor plan. They went through every optional floor plan to try to move us to what is available but it did not sit well with me that they were going to charge more for it even when they acknowledged there was a discrepancy. We ended up keeping our floor plan since it was the one we liked out of the options. 2) We woke up today drowning by ants. We are the first ones living in this room. This is the new building. This is the top floor. They're coming through cracks that the construction team poorly sealed. We're still moving in so there's still boxes and they're getting into the boxes There are so many and they're getting into our sealed bottles of sauces. One already climbed up my leg while I was trying to save what I could. I can hear them when there's a cluster that fall together! It's not just the kitchen it's all over. It's disgusting and unacceptable. I've called emergency maintenance since it's Labor Day weekend but this building should have been treated before having residents come in. There should have been better job done with sealing. The stress that this place has given me the first week. I don't recommend it especially for how much they charge and for it to be done so poorly."
