"It's horrible to be turned away from care because you have a medical exemption for not vaccinating your children. This doctor's office never asked nor stated that they don't help children who are not vaccinated. After driving a half an hour to get there, and then I spent another half an hour filling out paperwork for both of my children, I was then told the doctor refuses to see them because they are not fully vaccinated. They should state this at first phone call, posted at the front dest, or on their website."

Profiling remarks by Bart Robbins, “Put a coin and tape over the umbilical cord, that’s what the Hispanics do.” Most importantly, within 5 hours after leaving his office, my wife an I self admitted our 4-day-old in the ER for uncontrolled jaundice levels, which is life threatening. These are type of patients that leave this office, untreated. Lacks the ability to identify and treat health conditions correctly."

"Bart Robbins has been very rude to my wife our last three visits. Any questions asked by my wife would be met with sarcastic remarks and answers directed to me (as opposed to my wife who asked the question.) Aside the rude remarks, our health concerns for our newborn (excessive gassiness, fussiness, spit-up, reflux, flatness on side of head) were not taken seriously and brushed off as normal. We consulted with a different pediatrician and they expressed concern regarding the issues, going as far as to refer us to a specialist for a more in-depth examination and prescribe medicine for our newborn's reflux. Bart Robbins didn't make an effort to solve any of the above issues and treated my wife poorly in the process."
