"The office manager by the name of Morin loves the sound of her own voice. She wouldn’t let me speak as a parent. She would consistently interrupt me, wouldn’t give my disabled daughter an appointment, I was never able to even get a story out without her shutting me up, or walking away or out of the room. She gets paid to be there! She couldn’t wrap her head around the fact that I missed an appointment from being sick with the flu- an appointment they had changed to begin with! She wasn’t going to give us one for another 5 months! Wow!!!!! And who do we complain about her to? Well, dr. Hoffman, the person that it takes forever to get an appointment with and doesn’t seem to be in office. The power the office manager has without being able to complain about her…it’s troubling! She’s getting away with treating people like this! Dr. Hoffman is great but she needs to change her manager!"

The nurses are always so nice and helpful , recently my children have been seen by Miss Guerra , a PA and she is so nice and smart ! Always treating my kids as needed , the receptionist Jenn is always so helpful when it comes to booking appointments , she even got a prior authorization approved for one my kids medications ."
