Royal Vista Apartments

"The only complaint I have is limited parking next to the buildings. Far to often I come home to find all the parking spots next to the buildings are taken by people who are just visiting, then I end up having to park on the other side of the complex. I wish there was a visitor parking area and that way the residents can actually park in front of or next to their buildings. But other than that Royal Vista has been great, with get togethers for the residents durring the Holidays. This place has made this girl from Maine feel right at home."

"I stayed here for a year and had a positive experience. Management was responsive and the couple times I needed maintenance they were quick and efficient. It was a great place to stay and would’ve renewed if I didn’t move out of town."

"We stopped by to get a tour, first of all for being a " tech apartment complex " they have outdated appliances. The cabinets don't match the countertops or the floor. Overall it wasn't nice for the price. We did an application online anyways since they had an opening & we planned on only staying for 6 months. We paid the deposit & fees then we decided not to get the place afterall since we needed a garage which they didn't have available which would have been nice to know before hand but they didn't tell me. I should have read the reviews first before making the decision to put in an application. Now I understand what all the reviews meant & I'm glad I got out before signing a full lease. They are unorganized & don't give you any information. Carmen the manager refused to give us back our deposit even though we had put in the application to reserve a unit a whole month away. It wasn't a same day/next day move in type of deal. My advice is - Don't rent here, go to Mirabella they are a lot nicer & organized. The staff there is friendly & appreciative of their customers. They actually have updated modern apartments! PLUS THEY OFFER TESLA CHARGERS!"

"The apartments were nice. They did expand quickly. My only complaint was that I have no idea why I did not receive my deposit back. The staff was sometimes friendly. The pool was beautiful. I enjoyed living there. My biggest feedback would be communication. Maybe having walkthroughs with tenets prior to exiting to ensure that everyone is on the same page in regards to charges."

"If you are looking for a quiet, safe and friendly place to call your home, I would highly recommend you check this place out! Staff are awesome and they will answer all of your questions. They know all of their residents and acknowledge you by your name-That tells you a lot! :) Pool is beautiful and grounds are always kept clean. There is a free car vacuum, a big gym, bbq grills and a gazebo fire place that you can hangout in on cold nights. The inside of the apartments are exactly what you see in the pictures, they feel luxurious and homey but still affordable. The smart home features with the august lock is so convenient! Lock and unlock your home plus control your main lights in your home with your phone! Very up to date. For you google reviewers reading this, check this place out! You will not be disappointed!!!! Again, thank you staff for all that you do. Royal Vista Apartments is the best apartment I have lived in. :)"
