"Put in an application 4 weeks ago. They said it should take 2 weeks for the application but then they kept making up excuses of why they haven’t worked on it. I try calling them and it’s like they are just always ignoring me. At this point I just want my money back from the application fee because I paid that so they can look at the application, not to take almost a whole month."

"I'm changing my review about this place. Ever since Management has changed this place has gone downhill. Could never take dogs out because of stickers and apartments look beat up. When we first moved in the apartments where nice, now they have green stuff growing on them. I lived here for 3 years going on 4. Janie Anazldua and Priscilla Urbina were awesome. Always listened and helped my fiancee and I out. Once they left, my emails where never answered also they changed the phone number. Maintenance was also awesome, Mario is the best. Legality is now shady at these apartments. We signed Our lease in March but where force to Re-sign again in June. Our June lease was completely changed from the original March lease. They never had us sign a month to month contract while we were on a pro-rated rent until June 24th. We had agreed in our contract that if we found a House we could break our lease. We were lied to and they said it wasn't on our contract, they also and said we had to pay rent for a month, where we were not living there and also fees to break the lease. I was also never given a copy of my contract. I'm not the type of person to write bad reviews but do not trust this place when it comes to contracts. Be sure you read everything and if they make you re-sign, look somewhere else. We had been tenants for 3 years and 8 months and expected way more respect but where treated like rats. Please stay away from here. Funny how I called the office multiple times about issues and they never answered but once we left I've received the most calls I've ever had in a year in one day. Shows the character sadly."

"I have relatives that live there,there maintenance is terrible,they take months to fix things,apartment have scorpions,& mold. It's been 2 yrs since my daughter dishwasher & microwave don't work,I don't think it takes two yrs to replace or fix them,that is very poor customer service on your behalf."

"My grandmother lives in these apartments, she is constantly harassed by management and the clean up guys , my grandma has tried to pay rent twice and the office lady refused to let her in both times , the restroom needs fixing and the man that fixed it came and tried to fix it but left and said he needed a specific part and never came back . Also my grandma has a support dog that is registered and management harassed her about the dog as well. They are upping the rent for an apartment that has so many things wrong with it , never has hot water , neighbors are loud , bathrooms always catch mold . It’s horrible, would not recommend this apartment complex. Wouldn’t wish my worst enemies to live here it’s absolutely horrible."

"Teens jumping fence whom may or may not live here as well as mingling around park area late at night. Thin walls can hear everything. Front desk assistant Pricilla always has an attitude, rolling eyes, terrible customer service. I’ve mentioned things that need to be taken care of in apartment, which have never been taken care of. Fumigation Notice, where we are asked to remove all belonging from cabinets IS SENT A DAY PRIOR! Like seriously some of us actually have jobs here!! Not just living on welfare. As for manager sweet lady just wish she staffed properly. Polite respectful maintenance man. Personally I’ve never seen any violence or drugs. Just sad to say pool area is taken over by children constantly. Front office should consider days for children & for adults to make residents more comfortable. Residents are disrespectful denting cars, personally saw a lady do it while I was in my vehicle. Both cars are now scratched & dented all around although I even park far away. Which makes it more exhausting hauling groceries upstairs. Mind you they’re 2-3 levels. All around adult apartments with practically 5 children the Verandas of adulthood. And poorly raised children."
