"I liked taking my kids here, good providers for the most part, friendly nurses, and we were regulars for 3+years. However on the paperwork side....vaccines were not entered in ImmTrack and after relocating, new pediatrician requested medical records multiple times over the period of a year and got no response. Because of this, I have been unable to establish a good PCP in my new location as only the fly by night places take new patients without records. This impacts my child's access to specialists and interrupts continuity of care. When I called to follow up on this, I was spoken to very disrespectfully and condescendingly by several people in what seemed like a hamhanded attempt to deter me. I don't know what I will see on the records that they are so scared of me or a new pediatrician seeing but judging from the ImmTrack business it probably doesn't reflect well on them. It actually seems like they either don't know how to access/send the records or they have lost them and are trying to cover for it. This has given me a really unpleasant aftertaste that makes me see earlier interactions in a different light. I have now called twice in 7 months and soon will have to attempt again. (That is actually what reminded me to write this review) But honestly a lot of places in the valley are like this or even worse so take it how you will. It was close to our house and open late and I needed that."
