"We currently move in 1 1/2 weeks ago and stove hasn't been working since day one, restroom was leaking water and now A/C not working, have been calling to get stove fixed and as of today nothing, charge all that deposit for something that is not even in working conditions."
"I have lived here for approximately 12 yrs. Apartments are always kept up to date and management/maintenance always have been professional and prompt with any issues. That is something that is a must for me by the way. Neighbors are good because I mind my business. The park/ is just a very short walking distance which is great. Restaurant across the street is great too. Grocery/department stores near by also. Pest control comes by regularly which I like too therefore never had any problems...plus I do my part my keeping my apt. clean and organized. I pointed that out because one resident commented on that being an issue. We have security surveillance cameras all throughout the property. Laundry facility. And yes they are even pet friendly another must for me. Awesome location at an affordable price."
"Its good but they have dogs and one of them bit my friend and it was the neighbors dog and I was checking if they have cameras and they did but it was pointing down and if the little kids playing around those dogs will hurt the kids and there will be drama"
"The landlord is not professional , she has her favorite tendents , so much drama happens here with neigboors everyone is in everyones buisness Rachel Ocha Does NOT do her job. Fixing to move really soon i DO NOT recommend this place , she shares your information to her favorite tendents as well VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!"
"I have lived at these apartments for the past 10 yrs and have not had problems. The staff is very prompt and the on site management is on top at all times. And with on site laundry and 24 hour surveillance we feel safe."
