"We have been traveling to the valley for the last 35 yrs. I believe we have stayed here maybe 5 times. Our last stay was on 01/15 and 01/16/2024. It had been maybe a few years since we stayed there. I cannot believe how this motel has deteriorated!! There was a horrible smell to the room. Shame on me for staying there. It was cold those days and we just put up with it. The worst part was we were bit by bed bugs. Never again. And when they cleaned the room, no changing the sheets or blankets. Horrible service."

"Appalling Experience - Discrimination and False Claims I recently had the most distressing experience during my stay at this establishment, largely due to the behavior of the management staff, particularly Juan. The level of service I received was nothing short of terrible, but what's even more alarming is the blatant discrimination I faced. Upon checking in, I was profiled and denied access to my room simply because of the color of my skin. Juan, the manager on duty, seemed to have a problem with me from the moment I stepped in. He later used a completely false excuse to justify kicking me out - claiming my dog was in the room, even though my dog was never actually inside. This incident left me feeling humiliated, targeted, and deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by Juan and the management team. It's truly disheartening to see such discriminatory behavior persist in this day and age. I urge the management to take immediate action against Juan's actions, as they are completely unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of this establishment. Discrimination should never be tolerated, and I hope this review prompts the necessary steps to rectify this situation."

"it was horrible dont waste your money. they racial profiled us, his ego was to big to except that he needed to be more nice, most rude guy, when we tried to ask for a different room that's all he could offer us. he said they put the horrible and broken TV's in the cheap and awful rooms, the room smelt like smoke, there's a cockroach infestation. there's when we asked for a refund because he said we can't stay there his words were, "i will not be giving you your refund nor let you stay in the room." HORRIBLE PLACE!"
