"So easy to park. Lots of attendants to show you how to get to Wortham or Alley theatre. Beautiful, clean, well lit hallways. We had a wonderful experience from the parking attendants to the ballet."

"We went to see Mughal-e-azam an indian broadway production. The show was great. Our seats were in SectionG row B. First of all they dont tell u that u are going to be in the balcony on the 5th floor …..once u get there u have to go down these steep steps all the way to the first row ……with minimal railing and support …..i am surprised people have not fallen and had fatal injuries …..u better not trip …..this is not for older folks for sure ….:its hard to navigate for the younger ones too …..i call it down right dangerous and treacherous. Row B seats are so narrow that my knees hit the wall and I am 5’5” ….the whole time i was cramped and uncomfortable and hated every minute of it. This is after paying over $100 for those horrible seats …..when you stood up the railing came to your thighs so u better not lean or else down you go 20 ft into some dark alley …..absolutely atrocious. When we were getting out we had the option of not going up a flight of stairs as we had knee issues after sitting so long and cramped …..the rude usher insisted we go up despite there being no one going out her door Badly managed and rude people . I will never go back and will tell everyone not to …..the theater needs a major overhaul …..it was a horrible experience"

"A great place to go see the Opera. The only thing I would say is a bit of a negative is the seats are not very comfortable."
