"Arrived and no one was there, waited for 10 minutes and had to go ask someone if anyone was at the desk. They also took a min to even come and get our order & one of the seats we got the buttons to recline didn’t work. Oh and they also add a $10 automatic tip to your ticket, for all the great customer service I guess?"
"Let's see. First of all, it was an extremely, comfortable, clean, and inviting experience! The food was awesome and we loved the movie. We watched "Wish". There was one slight drawback. And that was the surround sound volume of the movie either next door or behind the theater was very overwhelming at certain times. Other than that it was a perfect experience. Sound attenuation walls and or added foam crate calls should be considered."
"Finally a theater with great staff, no screaming children and good food. Comfy chairs. Very spacious seating. Wait staff that quietly take orders, bring food, etc. not the cheapest but if still want a nice movie experience, this is one if the few places in Houston that can happen."
"The appetizer came after my meal. The representative at the ticket counter was very polite and helpful. Can't say the same thing about the young lady that took my order but I would definitely still go back."
"This is a very comfy theater. The chairs are super comfortable and lean back far. The theater itself was very clean and runs efficiently. We didn't wait very long for our food and there was always a staff member nearby. The only issue is parking! If you're coming on a busy night, it's best to come early!"
