"Had to cancel my reservation two weeks in advance because of a broken foot. Called and left a message and never received a call back. Called the next week and told the person about my situation and they laughed at my misfortune and told me that I’d have to forfeit the deposit. I had to tell them that I would come back to get them to keep the credit on there. Unprofessional people and don’t recommend."
"House and property just as advertised. Huge house. On Saturday morning we had no hot water. Left VM at 8:30ish... Went to bait shop and let them know too. By 9am had guy out to replace hot water heater. Office called about 9:15 to let us know a heater is on its way. 2 hours later got another call to make sure we had hot water. Super fast very courteous. Views and deck/pier amazing! Only thing I would have liked to see is some updating to the tiny jack and jill bathrooms and lights all the way down pier."
