"we have rented the 3 bedroom rental several times, but this last time was the worst. the stove did not work, the microwave did not work, the heater stopped working. there was no hot water to shower with. several electrical outlets didn't work. to top it off, the light in the peir only turned on for a couple of hours the first night. when we reported it , the man in charge came back to say that the owner was going to send someone to check it. noone came all weekend. what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend with my family turned into a real nightmare. if I could give a lower score, I would."
"Place was nice and clean. Could have more cable options on the TV. Also stove is only operating with two ranges and only the two small ones work which makes cooking harder. Bbq pit could have cleaning tools available. TP only half a roll was available."
"Good afternoon, Our stay at the Jolin house in Arroyo city was very pleasant. We were able to spend quality time with our family..Only wished we had payed better attention to the weather forecast, we were unable to really spend time outside fishing….The home was very nice and very clean…We are already making plans to return in a few months… Thanks Bodiel & Rosie Mares"
