"Rent is crazy high for this place,no maintenance Personel on site, grass is never cut. Cockroaches have been a huge problem in some of the units. If you have a problem with your unit you would need to wait until they find someone cheap enough to fix it.the rent goes up every year. As if they take real good care of the property. My recommendation is to stay away until management fixes all the issues. There a reason why half the units are empty ppl throwing cat litter outside dog poop everywhere trash flying everywhere food rotting outside it’s disgusting I’m sorry I’m just being honest. I hope management fixes this once beautiful spot.(most I’d pay to go back $600-$700 a month not $950 just go elsewhere trust me"
