"I lived ther Happy until new management came in some dark women that is very rude.then they towed my car 2 x for parking over the yellow line first and second that I forgot to put the paper on dash mirror Which cost 300 each time.swumming pool is always closed and they never change the water. Its nasty and moldy.apartment always had roaches even if the pest guy went to spray. I got kicked out because I complained that the kids always out playing,screaming in the middle of night all over the halls.Bad customer service. DO NOT Fall in this Apartments its Baddd."
"When I lived here it wasn't a good experience. The washing machines and dryers were constantly out of service. Several times the dryers wouldn't completely dry my clothes. One day my water was shut off which lasted a few days and not once did I receive any sort of heads up from management, not an email, note, ANYTHING. This clearly shows they do not care for their tenants. Front office never answered my phone calls and were never helpful. I do not recommend this place. Waste of money!"
"I’ve been here since October and til this day I have not gotten my kitchen and bathroom drawers put in. I was promised them within 5 days of moving in. My kitchen electrical outlets as well have not been fixed that’s because I emailed the form and let the lady in charge know. Glad she advised to keep it in email as proof too! Also I been trying to reach the number provided for complaint and it literally goes nowhere but beeps and ends the call. There is no real way of putting in a complaint or talking to upper management."
"if you don't have a pass for this building, don't leave your cars here. they'll tow them away and you'll have to pay $300 plus your rent of $730. want to have company after office hours are over (which is at 5pm)? too bad because they'll tow them away too, and now your friends will have to pay $300 to get their car back. want to buy a pass for friends and family so they can park? you have to pay $10 with a money order, and you can only get the pass during office hours. so if you're having unscheduled company at night, tell them to not go because they'll tow their cars away. This place is awful if you're having constant company. go look for another place, not worth your money. You'll be on a 1 year contract."
