"Very inconsiderate business, do not waste your money they will not refund you any type of money even if the purpose you have to cancel the event is out of your hands. I booked around January for May without knowing a pandemic was going to hit. I gave 500 dollars deposit. The lady that was in charge contacted me Three weeks before the event date. I told her there was no possible way to have the party with everything going on; mind you, we were under a lockdown or couldn’t be at a gathering with more than ten people. I let her know I would like to reschedule for a further date. She said the only way I was able to do that was if I gave her more money. She wanted 500 dollars more. I ended up Giving her 350 dollars more. I've been trying to come into an agreement and resolve this issue, but the days I'm inquiring about are always booked; the lady I had been dealing with no longer works there; I Text and ask something, they take days to respond till I got upset and told the gentleman that took over the lady spot that I wanted to speak with his boss to see if we could resolve the issue and get my deposit back it wasn't my fault I had to cancel the event. Long story short, they just kept the deposit of 850 dollars even under the presented circumstances."
