"I have been a customer for the past 6 years, and what’s upsetting is that when I call, most of the time these people answering the phones have a nasty attitude towards the person on line. No professionalism, lack of empathy. Even to ask questions they get upset and say someone will call you later and they don’t this incident happened to me on January! And today I called they took a message and they just hanged up rude! It’s sad we give our mortgage company our money and get treated badly for buying property off of this company. And it’s all management that’s making this company look bad!"
