"I recently had the misfortune of living in the Enclave Apartments in Edinburg, TX and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The experience was marred by poor landlord cooperation, abysmal maintenance, and an overall disregard for tenant satisfaction. If you value your sanity and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this place. First and foremost, the landlord's lack of cooperation was shocking. Whenever I had a concern or issue with my apartment, it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of response or assistance. Phone calls and emails were often ignored, and when I finally managed to reach them, they displayed a dismissive and apathetic attitude towards my problems. It felt like they simply didn't care about their tenants' well-being or comfort. Maintenance was another major issue in this complex. Numerous times I reported problems with leaking faucets, malfunctioning electrical outlets, and even a persistent pest infestation. Sadly, my requests for repairs were either ignored or met with unacceptable delays. It was clear that maintenance was not a priority for the management, leaving tenants to suffer in subpar living conditions. The overall upkeep of the property was appalling. The hallways and common areas were constantly dirty and unkempt. The promised amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, were often out of order or poorly maintained, rendering them practically unusable. It was clear that the management's negligence extended beyond individual units and affected the entire complex. To make matters worse, the leasing office staff were consistently unhelpful and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns and were more focused on signing new leases than taking care of existing tenants. It was an unfortunate reminder that once they had your money, your satisfaction and comfort were no longer their concern. Living in this apartment complex was a stressful and frustrating experience. The lack of landlord cooperation, poor maintenance, and overall negligence made it clear that this place prioritizes profit over tenant well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering renting here to explore other options. Save yourself the headache and find a place where you'll be treated with respect and your concerns will be promptly addressed."

"Decent apartment. Candy is terrible. Wifi is extremely terrible. They still use Hughes network which is based of a satellite network giving you a whopping 5mbps which is extremely low in todays world. Even my grandmas house who doesn’t understand wifi has at least 50mbps. Also never got my deposit back."

"While living there I was greatful for the amenities and convenient location,but just a heads up the management for these apartments, specifically the manager by the name of Candy cares little for requests if maintence is needed. After moving out and not receiving my deposit I came to read reviews to see if other previous tenants had the same issue... which many have..i am starting to get worried i will never receive the deposit but will soon take it up with my local justice of the peace if Candy keeps making excuses and stutters everytime we bring the deposit to her attention. Lower your expectations for these apartments due to poor management."

"This complex is not honest. I was the ideal tenant, never a complaint heard from me, always paid on time and I left the place in excellent condition. I was rarely there since I work all day and used the apt just to sleep. When I moved out I cleaned my apt thoroughly. It was cleaner than when I moved in. The day I turned in the key the manager said I would receive my deposit in 30 days. Almost 60 days later after several attempts to reach out and finally after being firm with management I received a "courtesy refund" for $175 cause according to them they needed to paint the apt and clean it. I am disgusted with this place."

"After reading other people's experience at this complex, I completely stand in agreement with the comments about management's lack of professionalism and transparency with customers. We always paid on time and were ideal renters. After waiting months for information on the deposit, management claimed that a "third party" was responsible with dealing to return the deposit, and that they had no other information. I called and visited the office countless times without a straight answer. Promises to get back to me, just to forget my name and face when I returned. I would have taken my business elsewhere had I known THIS was how they operated. Very sneaky and unprofessional."
