"The maintenance in this apartments is so poorly, I have had problems with my electricity for about a month already my breaker went out. I have talk to the people in the office n all I get is were sending them today n it's all lies they don't do anything about it they just don't care about their tenant's. I'm so tired of getting the round around they should get there act together."

"They truly do not care...I have never had more problems at an apartment than when living here. My AC was broken for 3 months it was consistently 85 degrees in my apartment and I informed them every week that nothing was being done and they guaranteed maintenance would be there to fix it and they never came. I had to tell them I would not pay another months rent living like this and suddenly the next day they were able to fix it. currently my circuit breaker has been shorting out and turning off my oven and kitchen lights for WEEKS and still they have done nothing about it. It truly is concerning. Not only can I not cook for myself but this is a fire hazard. All the staff constantly give me the run around and very often they ignore my calls and concerns."

"Sucks. Lot of drugs and a lot of riff Raf. Loud cars going in and out all hours of the night. Can't wait to get out. The water in the swimming pool is green. The police are always there ambulances and Fire Department are always there. They play loud music at the pool and disturb you while you're inside your apartment you can hear the music. The place is really ghetto. Pitiful. Somebody key scratched my new car and several other cars in the parking lot people that run the office are very rude you talk a lot two other tenants about your business. They're everybody is very nosey. Trash all over the grass boxes of food left out for the possums and roaches and rats to feed on right outside your door. The red color of the buildings makes you wanna puke when you pull into the parking lot. It takes great pain to get them to help you with anyting. They have a lot of ghetto people that live there. Drugs alcohol marijuana. Friday and Saturday nights you can see the drug addicts going from apartment to apartment getting drugs buying drugs. If you call the police or a problem the office will turn the problem back on you. I would not let my dog live in this f****** place. It took me four and a half years to get out only because I'm an older man have no family to help me move and there was no place to move to. But thanks to God finally got out and I have never been so happy in my life"

"Charming older buildings with many updates like tile throughout and new or newer appliances. Most repairs and maintenance are taken care of in a timely manner. Anything that wasn't, I called in and it was resolved ASAP. The pool is well maintained as are the grounds. The location is the real draw. Walking distance to the University as well as all the shopping and restaurants around the 107 and Sugar Rd area. Perfect for those without transportation or who prefer to walk. Also walking distance to several schools and parks. Affordable for the area."
