"Moving out next week only to be give a 60 move out notice a month before my lease is up!? Talked to management about it and turns out I have to pay two month worth of rent exceeding my leases date. The month of October I figured I needed to pay which wasn’t the problem , the issue is I have to pay the month of November when one, my lease doesn’t go to November , and two I’m not going to be staying there for the month of November! From the day I moved in this place it had its fair share of issues , not only was it swarming with roaches but within the first month I had over flowing water in my kitchen and living room since the building shares a pipe! it’s honestly a dangerous area. other tenants fights with one another which lead to police being called and parents not controlling there children , every night there’s someones child knocking on our door and running away . I’m not much of a review person , but out of the three apartments I’ve leased with this property is absolutely not worth it. I should of search in further detail about this place before leasing with them. DO NOT LEASE THIS THIS APARTMENT"
"Lived there for a few months & smelled like sewer really bnas it was gross and management never did anything they didn’t even bother to move me to another apartment oh but they did send me to collections for breaking a contract I wasn’t gonna stay there! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"
"WROST APTS EVER!! Please do NOT rent here they always have a problem and won’t fix them. All management does is complain instead of fixing the problem. I’ve had roach problems since day one .They supposedly say they fumigated but it’s like they just would spray water . My refrigerator had a huge hole on the wall with just million of roaches coming out.PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE"
"Worst apartment complex I've ever lived at. Only did a 1yr lease an we had a rat problem the whole time an they did nothing to fix it. Anything we asked to be fixed by Maintenance took weeks to fix if they even fixed it at all. Dish washer broken the whole year they never replaced it. The complexes managers are so rude an disrespectful . Horrible experience all around I do not recommend anyone move here"
