"Please do NOT move here. I have sent several requests for repair and remedy that have been ignored and overlooked. I've also found that there is black mold growing inside the walls due to negligence on behalf of property management to create a safe and habitable dwelling for tenants. I moved in on 11/16/2023 and due to the deplorable living conditions, I'm moving out. The place is rotting away and infested. This is not a suitable living area for the amount of rent imposed to its' tenants."
"I absolutely had the best experience finding an apartment here. The management team is so nice, the apartment was clean and the outside area was also very clean and all the amenities look very welcoming."
"So many issues over my time here. I’ll focus on the major one. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Especially with the manager Dina Cierra, I’ll save you the explicit details but the experience was a 0/10 and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Honestly surprised how some people still have a job. Please save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else."
"I strongly advise against renting an apartment from this place! The number of units without air conditioning is shockingly high, and despite numerous complaints from renters, the property management seems unwilling to take any action to replace them. It's clear that their only priority is to fill the units and not to invest in the well-being of their tenants. Adding to the list of concerns, the property had a fire recently due to outdated electrical wiring, and management has not taken any steps to fix the issue. The place is infested with roaches, and the exorbitant rental rates are in no way justified by the terrible living conditions. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs."
