"Nice theater for local performances. Nearby parking can be a little tricky to find."

"Older auditorium, traditional design, well-equipped. Maybe college assemblies and graduations happened here in the old days. The building is maintained but the decor is tired, drab, utilitarian, and uninspiring. About 900 seats, stage about 30ft wide, small organ. Seats small and uncomfortable but plenty of legroom. I saw a choir performance, traditional long dresses, singers on risers, inside an orchestra shell. The performance exceeded my expectations, especially the quality of the singing, the conducting, and the variety of musical styles. Yet I think this building and auditorium may be stifling creativity. Time for an update. I was able to park on the street for a weeknight show. Where the audience would park for a bigger show was not clear at all."
