"This is for Eduardo with Cyberia, he's unreliable. He does not keep appointments and the quality of his work is sloppy. He will work just fine but once you pay him he's attention to your camera's goes to Ignore. If any of you use him, please make sure you receive new equipment in the box not opened. Retain all manuals and store serial numbers of all equipment for future reference. Both the camera's and the Dvr he installed at my residence were of very poor quality, they started to malfunction within a few months of installation. I was charged $100 per camera and I had 13. I later found out I could get better quality camera's from $25 to $40. The DVR was a constant problem. Either the connections were badly insllalled or the DVR ports were malfunctioning. I contacted Eduardo on several occasions and even offered to pay him service call fee plus his time but he never came back. He gave me every excuse under the blue moon. My father has issues with immigration. My children are graduating. We are in San Antonio, broke my arm, sick with flu. Terrible way to run a business. He would make appointment and not show up. I took several days from work to wait for him and he didnt show. Please make sure he connects each camera to it's separate power supply. I have 16 camera's and only 8 power supplys. He Mickey Mouse the wires so that he could use only 8 power supply. I'm having problems with my PTZ cameras they will not move. Make sure the wiring is done correctly. Before calling an camera installer familiarize yourself with camera installation. Know the basic. It's something you need to know because if you have issues in the future you know how to troubleshoot ."
