"My niece stays in these apartments. We visited today only to discover a rushed paint job in an apartment that had not seen any new paint since 2012, full 11 years later and despite the obvious fact that the walls are in desperate need of paint… a hurried paint job was provided on just a few corners. The apartment looks so much worse for the poor job at maintenance. My sister in law also told me the kids can’t use the park because of a beehive that’s not been removed in the last two or three years. I’m just surprised that the management company has such a poor maintenance program. I guess the poor doesn’t have a voice."
