"We had high expectations before walking into Eddie V's, and our experience far surpassed what we had in mind! Ambiance is what you'd expect from a fine dining establishment, and I quite enjoyed the live music at the bar lounge. Service from our server, Edgar, was nothing short of top notch. He was professional yet very amicable, offering recommendations according to our preferences and regularly checking up on us throughout the meal. The food was also magnificent. My Morel-Crusted Lamb Chops were cooked to perfection, and of course, I had to sample everyone else's meal at the table as well--and every single bite was nothing short of exquisite."

"Came here for our anniversary, first time coming here, and must say we were very impressed. Our table had little hearts spread out on the table along with an anniversary card next to the dimly lit lamp. Very nice ambiance, very romantic and upscale. Food was great, had the jumbo lump crab cake for appetizer, he had the Norwegian Salmon and I had jumbo crab stuffed gulf shrimp. I had a drink called Golden Hour that was absolutely incredible! Valet is complimentary, they work on tips and they are very nice gentlemen, so please tip well! Overall, a great experience, we will be back for sure."

"Food was excellent! Our waitress was kind, attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu and the experience. We visited for our 8 year wedding anniversary and we will definitely be back. The chef’s special with tempura lobster was top notch. Not sure what the citrus sauce was but I know it was one of the best tasting meals I’ve ever had! The bananas foster dessert was the perfect way to cap our night."

"They're a sister restaurant of The Capital Grille. Fantastic, delicious food. We loved the lobster tacos for our appetizer, and it was so fresh, juicy, and packed full of flavor and textures. Genuinely friendly and attentive staff--our waitress, Janeah (sp?) was so kind, well-versed on the menu, and took great care of us! Atmosphere was chill but still a fine dining experience. They have a live jazz band playing every night during your meal in the lounge. We recommend the booths, but there is plenty of seating throughout the restaurant, which also has a giant wine room in the center enclosed with glass walls. Lighting was a little on the dimmer side inside to set the cozy tone and relaxed vibe of the room. Reservations are recommended, too, but we went around 6 pm CST on a Monday, and it wasn't packed quite yet. We were also celebrating my partner's belated birthday. I asked them to treat him for this special occasion, and they did just that with table decorations, a grand welcome, and a complimentary birthday dessert dish! So sweet of them to coordinate and accommodate my special requests. Wonderful experience. Love it here. We'll be back!"

"What an incredible 5-star experience we had celebrating a birthday! The entire staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive from start to finish. Our table was decorated with birthday confetti, a thoughtful card, and roses for the birthday girl – a lovely touch. The restaurant exudes elegance and sophistication, with a stunning chandelier at its center. Our evening began with delicious cocktails; I opted for the 24 KARAT cocktail, which perfectly complemented the meal. For dinner, we kicked off with The Big Eddie Tower. Despite being a party of three, this towering dish could easily satisfy four or even five people. After having such a generous appetizer, we ordered our second course but managed only a few bites before deciding to take it home. I highly recommend trying the Jumbo Gulf Shrimp with crab stuffed with herbs and garlic – it was delicate and incredibly delicious. Eddie V's Prime Seafood restaurant is the ideal venue for special celebrations, client meetings, or a romantic date night. I'm definitely planning to return to try more of the exceptional offerings at this fantastic restaurant."
