"Do NOT go here to look for a place to live unless you want to fight with the landlord over fixing your appliances. These apartments are suppose to have fully functioning dishwashers, dryers, and washers. Our washer has not been completely fixed the entire time we have lived here. We moved into a two bedroom because we have two small children only to realize the washer didn't work upon arrival! And it took months for the landlord to call somebody to come "fix" it, and he told us to only put 4 items of clothing in it at a time because if it breaks the landlord didn't want to fix them. She wants them all to break so she doesn't have to deal with them anymore. We pay rent here and have never been late on a payment, and we do not get treated right! It's so sad! Our washer's spring was broken when the guy came to fix it the first time, and he didn't fix it cause she didn't want to deal with it, and now a second one has broken. We have talked to her about it multiple times and still no one has come to fix it. The only reason I gave two stars is because the neigbors here are decent and respectable... Also, I will have a newborn in August and I cannot be making trips to the washateria with two toddlers and a newborn by myself. I will need a fully functional washer in the home!"
