"We stayed 5 nights it was very nice. We got to leave our stuff in the room they gave us clean towels every day."

"Was a few hours early they wanted to charge me an extra half a day. I've stayed here 3 times so I can honestly say this place is mediocre at best. Customer service sucks.. rooms are ok. The "bar" fills up with Hispanics blaring rap music in spanish at 8pm... don't recommend this will be my last stay at this hotel.. my recommendation drive to hobbs they have better service. Shame on Wyndham for putting their name on this establishment."

"This place was a horrible experience. The front lady was extremely rude my whole stay, very unorganized and I felt as of I was out of turn to ask for towels while they were talking. I am extremely unhappy and will not come here again. There were bed bugs in my first room and then the second room wasn't cleaned I had to wait 2hrs just to get into a room. Not to mention the unprofessionalism in the office."

"Wi-Fi worked one night but did not work the next. One elevator was broken. Hallways smelled funky. The hotel was great. It was fairly clean and very comfortable. Kacey was fabulous. However, the second day I was there, I noticed a water bottle in my room that was not mine. The do not disturb sign was lodged in my door and I did not leave it that way. I spoke to the front desk about this but that was it. After my stay I received a receipt that included a $250 dollar smoking fee and I do not smoke anything except for brisket. I was also charged for four separate taxes. I was charged $283 over the amount I was quoted and the amount I agreed to."
