"This place should be closed, really shady. They almost obligate you to buy labs, and whatever they tell you, they get mad if you say no. They were unable to diagnose a Sore Throat, but they charged me a lot of money for nothing. A remote doctor, really? You talk to a computer, and you don't even know if the " doctor" is a real or just a regular person. The place smells like a butcher shop. It is an improvised extension of the super market next door. Better go to cvs or walgreens clinics they know what they are doing. Update: Meat market next door it does smell so bad, and confirmed sqme location. The owner's answer does not make sense. Telemedicine was not optional it was the only "doctor" you had."

They neglected my requested and laughed at me because I wasnt speaking the cultural language correctly. For those looking into a affordable clinic,I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

"I went to this location a couple of months ago because i did not have my new insurance yet so I was feeling sick for a couple of days and decided to go near my family. I live in San Antonio and drove to Austin Texas to be with family and they had heard of this facility so we went here so I could get blood work done and make sure I was okay. I have never been around medical care workers that were so disrespectful and blunt as the whole staff was, I told my family about how I felt and they told me it was because of cultural differences but no matter how different our cultures are, there is no reason to be unprofessional and rude the whole time you are helping a patient. I wanted to leave the room while the doctor was speaking to myself and my mom and was telling me that he can hear my anxiety made me very loud and how would NOT be able to help someone in need , he said this comment AFTER my mom told him I’ve been in school for 4 years for psychology and he made it seem like something was wrong with me. We left and then I got my blood results the next day and I told my parents I would NEVER come to this location where EVERY SINGLE health care provider was rude, and disrespectful. I have never felt this let down by a company in my life , hence why I am leaving a review"
