"The most incompetent front desk staff I’ve ever talked to. Nobody communicates with each other from shift to shift, and they couldn’t care less about your time or well being. The doctors and nurses are great though, it’s too bad they’re over shadowed by the terrible reception staff."

"Think I might need to rebook an appointment to see an ENT here after the acid reflux caused by the coding department at this location. Last month I came in for a simple doctor's visit, in-network with my employer's insurance, and the ENT barely saw me for 5 minutes. No diagnostics used. I was in and out with not even a coupon for Flonase. The following week I get a bill in the mail, saying they were charging $295 for the visit! Insurance covered just over $50. It's ridiculous to charge top-dollar to our insurance like that for a visit where literally nothing was done or accomplished. I called in asking them why they coded the MAXIMUM they could and the representative said she'd have some other team review it and would follow up with me. Of course no follow up, and had to call back. The time another representative had an attitude and basically told me to just deal with it. Unethical."

"Doctor was helpful, but everything else was a complete mess. The televisit software was buggy. It took 30 mins to get someone on the phone, and the person on the phone gave blatantly wrong information about a lab test. When I asked them to confirm with a doctor, they put me on hold for an hour."

"I’ve been having a hard time finding a good pediatrician for my daughter. She was running a high fever and very uncomfortable so I booked a last minute appointment with Dr. Owens, a dr I have not met before. She was so patient with my daughter even though she was screaming and crying from being so uncomfortable. She made sure to do everything she could to find a solution and even stayed in touch with me the next few days to make sure she was doing better. It’s nice to find a ped that actually cares! I definitely found my new favorite dr."

"5 stars for such a pleasant first-time experience at this facility. I had no idea that medical facilities like this one operate “after hours”. Super convenient if you have to cater to work. Check in was super quick and easy at the front desk. Was told to sit to the right side (maybe bc I had an appointment. Make sure to call for same day or next day appointments. The website doesn’t seem that reliable). They came and got me not even 10 minutes later. They have free wifi posted all around (pictured), awesome if it would’ve taken longer to be called. The inside is a maze of long hallways with doctors names poking out the top (pictured) It’s like a library/catalog of doctors! I saw about 10-15 names on the way to the exam room. Someone took my information, as my pre-exam consultation. Then was greeted by this very nice doctor who I learned had FIFTY years of experience. Was then told to go draw some blood for a blood count, returned to the exam room when I was done to finish exam. All in all took about an hour in and out. They gave me a prescription that was automatically sent to my local pharmacy and boom. Done. Super easy! I was pretty impressed. I would say I recommend. Especially at night. Maybe you avoid busy crowds that way. Not sure about other locations but this RR one is great."
