"First visit here. Facility was very clean. The front desk staff could use a little customer service training. The doctor I saw that day was fantastic. She had a great bedside manner and she listened to all my concerns and took her time. Over all for an emergency type clinic it was above average. If the lady at the front desk knew that she was there to be helpful and friendly, I could give it a four star. It’s not hard."
"Came in for a quick drug screen and took a whole hour with no one in the lobby but one other lady and the lady at the counter wasn’t any help either. i asked if i could just get a cup and pee really quick because i had to pee and she said “i mean you can but we wouldn’t be able to see you because the order is only good for one day” . She kept saying people are in front of us and we have to be checked in but we have already been there 10 min done filling out paperwork before the person who came in before us and still took a long time. Don’t come here girl with the dirty blonde hair and a black part in the middle was rude !"
