"My husband went here and said he had a good experience with Dr. Tran. Unfortunately, similarly to another review on here, we had a terrible experience with her receptionist Sylvia, who was cold and rude on a phone call where we were just looking to gain some information. She was on speaker phone so both of us could hear her awful phone etiquette. Sylvia was quick to speak over me even after telling her I was trying to ask questions because my husband was feeling dizzy, put me on hold while I was in the middle of a question, and then when I brought this up to her when she got back to the line she said she was going to end the call if we didn't listen to her and stop interrupting (which is precisely what she was doing). I've never had an experience like this before with a medical receptionist so it really put a bad taste in our mouth, and apparently we're not the only ones. Because of her we will never go back there again."
