"Went in a week before my appointment and filled out the paperwork. Arrived 15 mins early and got pulled to the back and asked about my religious preference and told them I am a deist and carry a bible with me at all times. Lovely ladies and wonderful music playing. My whole visit was done in 30 minutes. They are absolutely amazing!!!!!"

"I do not recommend this Clinic. They didn't fill out the paperwork that I was therefore, I never saw the doctor, and what was supposed to be a 20 minute appointment was two and a half hours that I wasn't getting paid for. One would expect a sliding scale Clinic to be more respectful of a single, working moms time. My appointment was at 8:30. I even got there early to fill out paperwork. I had to wait while the staff prayed and took prayer requests until 8:45. I watched silently as the other 8:30 appointment and the 8:45 appointment were pulled back before I was. When my name was finally called, after 9 am, I was asked if I felt safe at home and if I would mind if she shared Jesus with me. I was put back in the waiting room after being told that I had to ask the doctor any medical question regarding the length of the appointment. Apparently, she was only my "resource counselor". Which was weird because she couldn't answer any of my questions. Not very resourceful, in my opinion. It was 20 minutes after 9 before I was called back by a nurse. One nurse attempted to take my blood pressure, and couldn't understand why the machine wouldn't read my blood pressure. I suggested that perhaps it was because the cuff was falling off my arm before she even started the machine. The other nurse began to ask me all the questions I had already answered on the new-patient paperwork, which she had in her hands and was seemingly reading. I was instructed to take a pregnancy test and then to wait in room four. 20 minutes later she comes in and asks me if the front desk had given me the application to fill out oh, she was holding the application. I said no, and asked her if I could fill them out now, as I was missing work and needed to get there so I could start making money for my family. She handed them to me, said she would get a pen and a clipboard so I would be able to fill them out. She returned 10 minutes later. I filled out the paperwork, took maybe 3 minutes. I waited for another fifteen before I opened the door to the room I was waiting in. 30 minutes went by before she returned and said I could go. That I would have to wait for a letter in the mail to know if I was approved for birth control assistance. I asked her if I needed a copy of the paperwork. She asked why I would need that. The last page of the application stated that I needed a copy of the application after the healthcare provider had filled out the necessary portion. The nurse said the doctor has not filled them out yet but she said the doctor would fill them out and they would submit them. I asked her how long until I would receive notification in the mail. She said she did not know. 5 days later, I received an envelope in the mail from Bayer regarding my application. It stated that my application was missing everything the healthcare provider was supposed to fill out. Beyond disappointed in this clinic, which is supposed to provide resources to people."
