"I went to this facility for two sessions of couples counseling. The counselor was kind, which is why I gave any stars at all. What I am disappointed in is the lack of professionalism on the administration side. I was unable to get an accurate receipt for service after 6 months of trying. I was eventually ghosted - no return of phone calls or emails. Payment by anything other than "cashapp" comes with a hefty $15 dollar fee. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I would avoid this place if you are using a Flexible Spending Account for medical services."
