"Terrible customer service. Every month it is a battle to try to get a refill. I have been calling every other day since January 22, today is Feb 2. Still no results, just keeping saying I dont know what to do. Pharmacy says that they have sent exactly what they need and getting no response. Current hold time has been 20 min and 36 seconds. So over it."
"I have seen a Nurse Practioner there for years then I moved out of town for about 6 months, moved back and was going to go back to her but not sure now. I contacted them to get an appointment and it will be 2 weeks before I can get in and I am out of my blood pressure medicine so contacted them to see if they could give me at least 2 weeks of my medicine until I could see her. They never got back to me so checked my blood pressure and it was 205/113. Thanks for being so efficient Ha ha!"
"not disabled friendly, if you are in a wheelchair. No canopy to get patient and wheelchair out of car during bad weather. The wheelchair ramp usually has water in it and you have to wade in water to get the wheelchair up the ramp. The front door does not open automatically so you have to fight to get in. There is not enough parking, You cannot circle the parking lot, if there are no spaces you have to pull back out on 1960 and go around the block. Bad situation. Need to spend the money and buy the adjacent lot!!"
"I sent my insurance information weeks ago before my appointment ,and when I come to my appointment the front desk says I have to reschedule my appointment after I just finish filing out paperwork. They took too long to verify my insurance there when I sent in my information ahead of time . Please be more professional and don’t waste people time"
"If you are looking for place where the doctors truly care about the well-being of their patients this is the place. Dr Jeff Wang is caring and awesome! And when I met Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Mauldin I knew she was doctor for me I could talk to her about female medical problems and my medical conditions that I have and she listen and gave best treatment for me. The front desk is professional and caring. The ladies in referral department are awesome.The medical assistant on the phone and on the floor are awesome and caring. The on site lab and x-ray is great. Speciality doctors are on site and awesome. It just an awesome place."
