"I called to ask if they had an appointment today and whoever answered the phone at 12:31 very rudely told me “WE DONT DO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS” even though another, kinder, receptionist has told me that this clinic does walk-ins. Whoever answered the phone on this occasions tone was horrible. I then asked if there were any appointments tomorrow, and she said “OKAY THE STAFF IS ON LUNCH SO IF YOU WANT TO CALL BACK AT 1:15PM”. Very unprofessional and unhelpful to have someone who has no customer etiquete to be handling patient calls."

"They discriminate against minorities staff and management are rude and don’t care about the patient or if they are needing assistance with help they discriminated me I walked in and the door was open it says outside there door they were open and close at 5pm . Staff told me they were closed and had a bad attitude I told her I spoke to one of her coworkers on Friday and they said they closed at 5pm were very disrespectful and rude doctors and nurses and and the receptionist are rude and don’t care becareful because after you defend yourself they start saying they feel threatened and they all stick together go somewhere else"

"Horrible customer service the receptionist is always putting people on hold while on the phone. When she’s not actually doing anything else. They do not honor the 15 minute late policy and their Physicians, Doctors do not do a good job at addressing your concerns! The wait time to get seen is so long and they are very unorganized nobody knows what’s going on with your test results you have to call back. Rude do not come here. Wish you could give negative stars!"

"The clinic is always busy, but the staff is very professional and very attentive when I am there. The girl that greets me always has a smile on her face, nurses are very knowledgeable and caring and the NP on duty is very friendly. I will definitely go back and will refer others."
