"FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is horrible & all they care about is money. We paid close to $300 with insurance for HORRIBLE service. The front desk staff are rude & so are the nurses. My son came in with a 102 fever & threw up in the room, and all we were given was febreze.e neve Prior to even looking at my child or asking questions, they were clear all testing would be an additional fee. $20 for strep throat test, $90 for a covid test, etc. I'vr seen a doctors office especially pediatric office be so negligent. We were told 3 different prices we'd have to pay, then they went from speaking English to Spanish & said our total is $240. I wouldn't have wasted my time here had I known I'd be walking into a dirty, nasty pediatric office such as this one. Go somewhere else & save yourself the disappointment!"

"Because the doctors and staff are nice, I will give you 2 stars but the wait times are unacceptable. Every appointment I have made for my son I have had to wait 20-30 minutes in the lobby and then another 45 minutes to an hour before I see the doctor. Even if I show up early. They have notes on the doors in the rooms that ask you to be patient with them because some of the appointments may run over which I am understanding to a point, but when I schedule an appointment for 8:40am and do not see the doctor until 10:15, this is unacceptable. Whenever my son has been sick I have not be able to get him in within a week, again, unacceptable. I have found another pediatrician for him now."

"This has been my son’s provider since he was born, we had a horrible experience at another place and have been here ever since. The medical assistants and providers are always nice and polite and patient with my son. Never have an issue here! The sitting area has two sides one for well patients one for sick. The wait time isn’t long as long as you arrive early to fill out any documents needed. They have play area, and movies on for the kids. I recommend this place with 5+ stars!"

"We went to our first appointment a few weeks ago and was introduce to Dr. Munoz. He was a delight! A very nice, funny, and caring doctor. I had such a great time! The staff was very nice and professional. Happy my wife and I chose this place for our baby!"

"I love this place! The staff is so nice and very professional. The providers are the absolute best! They ensure all your questions are answered and they take their time and explain things to you, which I can’t thank them enough for as a new mom I truly appreciate this. I never feel rushed at all. I love how the providers interact with my son. Dr. Munoz is the absolute best!! I have also seen their other providers such a as their nurse practitioner Jennifer and Dr. Hill and they both are fantastic as well. Anytime I have a question the nurse line is great at answering my questions and guiding me and they are also prompt at returning calls. I am so glad I choose this pediatrician office. Since my son’s 1st newborn appointment till now I always feel welcomed, and I know my son is being more than well taken cared of. It’s a great feeling having providers who care about their little patients and the parents."
