"The lab tech was the rudest most incompetent I’ve ever seen. He first wouldn’t allow me to go in with my elderly mother who has on set dementia. When I finally made my way in I realize he kept pricking her for blood but wasn’t able to do it. He finally made us go to another lab next door and made us wait an hour for someone else to do it easily. Complete incompetence and utterly rude to family members of the elderly."

"This was a GREAT practice before Village Medical bought it. It has steadily gone downhill ever since. On my latest visit (the last time I will ever go there) the doctor spent a total of less than 3 minutes examining me. The rest of the time he spent on the computer. Before VM, they had a medical assistant that took notes and the doctor spent ALL of his time with you. When I started using medicare they began billing $100's of dollars for tests that they DID NOT do. Their Fall Assessment was asking me if I had fallen since my last visit. Their cognitive Assessment was to ask me to remember 3 words. They billed Medicare $250 each for those "tests". You and I are paying for this with our taxes. Their focus appears to be $$$$$$$$ and NOT your health. The bottom line is that the quality of care at this practice is minimal at best."

"Office opened at 8. Had an appointment for 8:40. Wasn’t seen until 9:50. Checked out around 10:15. Not sure how many people were in front of me with an appointment. But I assumed that I’d be in and out. I’ll plan accordingly next time but my visit could’ve been better. A lot has changed at this location so if you’ve been a patient since the beginning. Be prepared. The wait might take longer than expected."

"It concerns me that the nurse practitioner that took care of me enter the room without knowing anything about my medical history. I’ve been visiting with the same person for over a year now and every time is as if it was the first time. I am not a doctor or a nurse, but isn’t the purpose of the patient’s documented visits a must read before taking care of patient. I am seriously considering looking for another health provider."

"I was there last week and saw Chad… never a problem with him. However today I went and was scheduled with someone else. I received a text to show up 20 minutes early. They called me back about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I then proceeded to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes in the room (on top of the 30 minutes up front). I left without seeing anyone. No one came to let me know that they were running behind or anything. Personally I think a pizza party was going on but don’t know for sure. No matter the wait was uncalled for and disrespectful. I have been a patient there for many years but won’t be back unless I absolutely have to. I tried to call the office manger to complain, left a message and was assured she would get back with me today. That didn’t happen and she left early without calling back. This place used to be great until Village Medical took them over… I would give zero stars but it would not let me."
