"I have used Angleton Veterinary Clinic for years. Never have I had a problem. Doctors are caring and professional. Dr. Sherry has cared for several animals in our household. Yet today, I was disappointed in the service I received. I walked in and receptionist never looked up from her computer and never made eye contact. Said she would be with me in a second…Second goes by she never looked up but says… Can I help you? I’m thinking is she talking to me? Told her what I needed … still no eye contact. Came in did what I needed… Dropping specimen off without any eye contact acknowledging that I was in the room. I did get a thank you and have a nice day but no eye contact. Customer service is important to many of us that bring animals in. Today it was lacking. ***After seeing my review the clinic was on top of the situation and called to make things right. Was handled in a very professional manor. Just like the customer service I have known thru the many years and visits we have made to this clinic."
"The staff is welcoming and so kind! They took such good care of my dog when it was an emergency and got her in immediately. The building is clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend taking your animals here!"
"Annual visit done today- again great professional care in such a nice new clinic. Dr Sherry is amazing with animals. Staff from check-in to exit so nice. Techs so patient with the furry little patients. Been going there for YEARS they always meet and exceed expectations for Vet care. Highly recommend this Vet clinic on Mulberry."
"Place is clean and well staffed. Knowledgeable people that LOVE animals!!! Only fault is that you have to call in your prescriptions prior to getting them filled. Didn't know that. Showed up to pick them up and they told me I had to come back later to pick them up. All in all, I'll be back because it's a place that I trust to take care of my baby girl."
