Next Level Urgent Care in Humble, Texas is dedicated to providing affordable and accessible healthcare to all patients. Our clinic accepts most major insurances including Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, and more. For those without insurance, we offer fixed self-pay prices with a maximum charge of $255 per visit. We never charge if we determine your condition requires emergency room treatment. Our mission is to make healthcare affordable for everyone. Please note that due to freezing weather, our Houston clinics will close early and have a delayed opening tomorrow. "This was my first visit ever and I’m so extremely pleased with the service. Free, who was working the front desk at the time, went above and beyond to make sure I was good. So much so that when my car wouldn’t unlock because the battery in my remote was dead, in between patients he took apart my remote, replaced the battery, and put it back together! Good people like that are hard to find these days!"
"It's hard to believe they can pass themselves off as a medical clinic. They didn't take my vitals. I waited over an hour in the exam room, overhearing the NP being friendly with a woman who was her same race. The next patient who went in (not the same race as the NP) was asked, "Well, why are you here? What do you want me to do about it?". I wasn't sure what to think. Once the NP walked in to see me, she asked me the same two questions. If I was able to heal myself, I wouldn't need to see a healthcare provider. The NP never came close to me. She stood by the door. I walked out $50 lighter (even though my copay is $0) and without being treated. I have more questions than answers. One thing I DO know is I will never return to that clinic."
"I work for humble isd, and l didn't have to pay a single dime for my visit yesterday. Went in for a sick visit. I had an appointment at 4:45. Went in a whole almost 2 hrs earlier because I felt so sick. Easy check-in. Paper work was texted, easy! They took me in before finishing my paperwork. They were very caring since the begging all the way until I left. I highly recommend this location and especially for us educators. We need to take advantage of this PRIME membership with them. I definitely have been spreading the great information to my coworkers. Thank you once again."
