"Misdiagnosed me. Every time I would go in and say I was having side effects of the medications I was on (and did not need), the dosage would be increased. It finally got to the point my hands were shaking and I could not control them. Couldn’t stand for more than a few minutes without feeling faint. She did not seem concerned that I was on medication that I did not need. The end of the straw for me was when I became highly suicidal because of the medication I was on. I went to another doctor and sure enough, I was misdiagnosed and finally being treated for what was actually going on with me. I do not recommend going here if you cherish your life!!"

"Donna Ayers is a very knowledgeable board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, she is very detailed and extremely patient, the office staff were very friendly and willing to help. No long waiting time once the appointment was made, Reception area was nice and clean, and she took her time to educate me on the medications and its adverse effects. I am grateful to my friend for referring me to her."

"I WISH I would have read these reviews PRIOR to scheduling any appointment. I scheduled based on a friend/co-workers recommendation. They do not tell you where in the building they’re located. Its a rather large building. The only thing I was told is that its the “old Wells Fargo”. Went in a couple offices inside and well because of my reasons for going to begin with I was rather embarrassed so I walked out of the building. I called the number to reschedule and was told, very rudely mind you, that you have to cancel at least 24 hours prior. Well smart lady yall arent open on Sunday. Didnt tell her that but sure thought it. Then she procedes to tell me that if, IF you cancel in any time less than 24 hours, you can NEVER be rescheduled. Well first of all if you are in the business of helping folks ya shouldnt be so dadgum rude. Secondly if you are truly in the business of helping folks then thats exactly what you should be doing. Third, understand that people have lives too and things come up AND if you’re not even going to listen to a persons reason, then you surely have NO reason for being in business. Not to mention none of this 24 hours in advance was stated AT ALL until i tried to reschedule. Yall surely did NOT describe where in the building you were or how to get there, such as which entrance to enter in thru. Folks with anxiety are already anxious so when they go thru what I did this morning it throws their anxiety thru the roof. Which it did mine. I was already anxious about going. DO NOT go to these folks. AND I surely will NOT be recommending to anyone."

"I WOULD not go any where else. She had got me absolutely where I need to be. Don't know about the other reviews and don't care. I definitely recommend her! So everything is so different since my last review. This is Nov 2018 and the review was from at the beginning. I was told to see the actual Dr by my therapist. When I told "the nurse practitioner " well let's say I didn't bring it up again. Anytime I would start to talk to her she would say that's for you to talk to your therapist about. So now since I decided to go to a Dr (which I actually never seen one there) I am treated really ugly. I'll make it short. I want my med. records it isn't an easy process and looks like they are going to charge me a pretty penny. I won't even get to pick them up till after Thanksgiving I'm told. I'll up date on the cost . Oh one more thing, I got a bill that I was told to ignore it was like 5k they were billing insurance I think for drug test! Totally agree with all the other reviews. SHE IS NOT A DR.. AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS VERY RUDE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GIMMICK. WHERE IS THE DR TO THIS PLACE?????"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! First of all, the receptionist is the rudest woman I have ever met! She makes it impossible to get through to the doctor unless you have an appointment, in which she feels she is licensed to tell you whether or not you need an appointment. Second, getting refills on your prescriptions? Yeah forget about it. I had to call and call and call before getting my medicine refilled, and I had to go about 5 days without it. EVERY MONTH. Third, and most importantly, the misdiagnosis. I was given a diagnosis without much thought or screening, and was written a prescription and sent on my way. The medicine didn’t seem to be doing me right, but I continued to take it. I then went back, complaining of severe anxiety. I’m then written a prescription for ADHD, an upper, which did nothing but send my anxiety through the roof. The medicines that she put me on put me at a high risk of heart disease and/or heart failure (which she failed to mention to me) and she KNOWS that these conditions run very thick in my family, so i was at risk to begin with. Fourth, the cost. This office will drug test you every.single.visit. And guess what? You have to pay for that. I have GOOD insurance through BCBS, and they were asking $155 every visit. Every visit that only lasted about five minutes tops, might I add. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to a REAL doctor, and leave this crooked office out of all consideration."
