"Made an appointment and was rushed in and out. The Dr. did not know how to tell me what was wrong with me. She first said it was viral then she changed her mind and mumbled to take over the counter meds. I continued to get worse over the past few days and have scheduled an appointment somewhere else. Stay away from this location unless you want to waste your money."

"Make an appointment to get seen because your doctor tells you that it will be easier. Get here to find out walkins have priority over appointments and you are pushed to the back of the line. Uet if you are "late" for your appointment time, they are more than happy to slap a no show onto your record. To get money from the insurance company. Get in back and the staff are rude and don't care about the patients. Sat in waiting room watching the staff chit chatting with the front desk people instead of calling patients. When you are back there, you can hear the staff in the back talking bad about the patients they have right in front of the patients door. This clinic gives UTMB a bad name."
"I have a primary dr but haven’t been able to get an appointment. A friend recommended UTMB Urgent Care. I have been twice recently. I highly recommend this place! From making the appointment to seeing the PA; everyone is so nice! Extremely clean and fast! There was only one person that I felt could improve but I did go in at 8:30 pm after a five hour drive. I am sure she wanted to go home after a long day. This place is great!"
