"Wrong time of day… chicken nuggets were fresh… the chicken patty on my sandwich was hours old. Fries also old. Arby’s is one of those low volume places that, more often than not, leaves you frustrated with potentially very good food that disappoints because it is not freshly prepared. Sad face."
"I went thru the drive thru and ordered a #2 double got home so I could eat before going to work the meat wasn't fully cooked I have worked at Arby's I know what the roast beef should look like and this meat was pink and thick"
"Ordered a crispy buffalo chicken wrap. Tortilla was dry and cracked apart. One part of the wrap didn’t even have chicken. They must have new workers, because before I would get excellent service. I knew when my food was out in less than a minute I was going to be disappointed. Unfortunate!! I’ve tried calling several times! Call doesn’t go through! Imagine that!!!"
