"I really like Dr. Le and his nurse practitioners however the front desk staff are unprofessional, rude and incompetent. They don't return phone calls, don't pass refill requests to the doctor, don't notify you if the doctor needs to see you before refilling, don't call to notify you if the office will be closed and they need to reschedule you, etc. And when you try to address these issues, they treat you with complete disrespect and disregard. If it weren't for the convenience of his office being so close, I'd go elsewhere."

"Rude receptionist I definitely won't be back cause next time I'll say something. I don't understand if you don't wanna be there then DONNNNN'T. The eye rolling , the lip smacking , not answering the phone. I walked in didn't even get a hello. She just looked at me upside my head and went back to talking to the super sweet nurse aid (I love her). But the new receptionist is very rude. I love Dr Le and Dr. Roberts( she's very sweet. Wish she was my mom). But I can definitely find someone closer. And someone who replies to messages. I don't have insurance as of yet so the copay is $75. I'm fine with that . Most doctor's charge over that. With Aetna or Blue Cross I've only ever had to pay $25 at every doctor's office so that's fine.. But I'm just paying for disrespect at this point lol. Lord please bring back customer service and respect for one another ."

"There should be a 0 star rating. If you value your life and health, just stay away from both locations. I had to physically take charge of both my parents health in regards to this doctors office. They had been seeing Dr. Le for years now and it’s been nothing but HELL. Recently the incompetent nurse practitioner prescribed them both medications that interact moderately-severely with current everyday prescriptions they both take and diagnosis’ one of them has. They also call in over the counter medications instead of prescriptions unbeknownst to them, causing them to drive over 50 miles for no reason. When it is time to get their regular prescriptions called in it’s a game of cat and mouse. They drop the ball every single month and ‘forget’ to call them in and we’re back and forth on the phone between the pharmacy and the doctors office for days. And let’s not forget about the many, many times the actual Dr. has mis-diagnosed the both of them. If you are a cash paying patient they will ‘surprise’ you at payment time. Let the 2.6 Google review speak for itself and stay away. I just fired this doctors office for them. Remember folks, these people work for you, to keep you healthy and safe. You are the boss."

"Selena and Abby....useless employees. A patient at home would pass away before Dr Lee got messages. They are simply phone reception. Desperate need of customer service skills. Should be unemployed! Very unprofessional to hang up on a patient! A very sick patient just recently released from hospital! Lies and tells you no one is there all went home but Dr is still there seeing patients??? BS! Unreal. I'm sure they cost Dr Lee thousands $ due to lost patients and mmessages. Best to get rid of them. No DR on call after hours?? NP cannot authorize meds? Not a good ran organization! You d thinkmas many mentioned here something would be done."
