"I went to the ER January 24 where they misdiagnosed me with an ectopic. Come to find out it wasn’t ectopic however they said to get an ultrasound by tomorrow to make sure my baby is ok. I explained this to Waller & they cancelled my FEBRUARY 15TH APPOINTMENT bc the hospital gave me an ultrasound and told me to find a OBGYN.. mind you my Medicaid won’t be available until the end of February. That’s crazy as hell"
"They’ll lie to you and tell you they want to help but it’s for show (or more funding- idk). My husband and I went in 30 weeks pregnant with nothing but they promised us resources & help in exchange for educational classes (which we were excited to do) but when it came down to getting it done- they had nothing but excuses. “Oh, you can’t do this because you’re too far along”. “That’s only for our clients who did x or have y”. We let it go and gave it a second go after our baby was born. I started working and they offered their facility with a printer, internet, computers, etc. They wouldn’t let me print…. They refused to let me use their wifi…. The front desk lady lied to me about it all & when I caught her up in it, she smiled me right out the front door. I wanted to give this place 5 stars because of two people who seemed so sincere but they just don’t deserve it. They had a lady call to & check in on us & see what they could do to recover our experience so 1 start for effort."
