"I've been taking my kids here for 15 years and it used to be great but not anymore. Dr. Valerie is great, so is Dr. Tahir when you see him, but the rest are trash. Incredibly rude, rushing to get you out without any answers to what's going on with my sick child. A ton of student doctors coming through, I have no problem with one or two but having to tell 6 different people my kids symptoms over and over again... I'll be looking for a new doctor. I'm not making an appt to have my child used as a lesson for all these people, I'm trying to get him well. I won't be coming here anymore."

"My son usually comes in to see Ms. Vallerie. today my son's appointment was at 8am and he was not seen until 835am because that's when dr. Hysim Decided to come to work so after waiting 30 minutes he had his receptionist tell me that my son had to go to a different room and his service dog had to stay in the other room. WTH is that about. So apparently the dr. Has allergies. So when I'm working I put on a smile even if I'm put in a uncomfortable situation. So for a dr. Out of all ppl to have my son split from his service animal is ridiculous and when I told the lady that this is Kenny's servis dog she continues to tell me that he needs to go to another room because of the dr has allergies. Then I was told that he didn't have on a vest. It is not required that the dog wears anything that says his roll in my family. Matter of fact I only have to discuss this when asked.i really love Ms. Valerie as my sons Dr. But I will be looking in other drs in my area I refuse to deal with a person who has horrible customer service and bedside manner. How can you be late then split up my son from his service animal. And you own the practice. I would expect better from the owner. How is it that Ms. Valerie has Exceptional customer service and yours is trash. Unacceptable you are fired."

"I love this clinic! I have been taking my children there for 17 years and have never once had a problem. Very friendly staff in the front and back. Kim (nurse), Tina (front office) and Dr. Valerie are the the best and have been there forever. The whole staff is great. They are very knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. My son is 17 now and won’t be a patient much longer but my daughter just turned 5 and will continue getting care from them as long as she can!"
