"I asked for in network doctor with my insurance. I was given these guys. I provided insurance which should cover 100% of a routine check up. They without telling me billed me out of network for over $400. I called in atempt to resolve the situation. They refused."

"I went for my yearly check up with Dr. Pratt. He is an amazing doctor. This review is about the office equipment. Virginia took me in a room to take my temp and bliood pressure. She kept starting the blood pressure machine over and over while the cuff was on my arm 4 times and was getting ERROR messages each time. She commented that it happens all the tine. It was 40 points higher than my normal pressure. Finally she said instead of using the upright machhine at rolls acoss the flioor she said let me use the hand held one and got it out of a drawer. I take my own pressure at home and this time the pressure was less 40. I wonder how nany other patients are being given the wrong blood pressure. The owners need to buy new bloiod pessure macnhines and keep all equipnent up to date. If i didnt monitor my own health at home i would never have knoown he error."

"I had visited Dr Stephen Pratt at this location. He patiently listened to all my problems, questions and answered them. I loved the way he explained things to me by writing and drawing on a notepad. This made my understanding clear as he goes through it. The staff is super friendly and nice! And regarding the navigation: they are located on building number II on 4 th floor suite 435. Parking available right in front of the building. Would definitely recommend!"
