"If you looking for a medical center to go to I recommend you do not go to the one on story next to the papa John's front desk unprofessional you walk in no one greet you lady has her back to you just talking to the other employee Gossiping the chart we filled out I took the lady in the front 15 min to just grab it mean while gossiping loud enough that I can hear there unprofessional unwork related conversations doctor is super slow keeps Patience wait hour to be seen but if you like rude people come to this office very unprofessional"

"I wasn’t feeling well at work one day. It’s my jobs policy to see a dr in 24 hours if you leave sick. I walked right in filled out new patient paperwork they verified my insurance and I waited about 15 minutes to go back and about 10 minutes before the doctor came in. I was treated and prescribed a prescription my ear feels much better. I would definitely go back. I see people complaining about the receptionist but she was very nice and welcoming on the day I walked in for service."

"Definitely agree with the other reviews about the misleading hours, and especially with the rude front desk staff. Already had an encounter or two with that girl everyone has a problem with and from what I can tell Dr Dott will never get rid of, even with all the complaints given about her. Miss the nurse practitioner Eddy, that unfortunately is no longer there and only like the nurse they have very helpful and nice. Currently looking for a different primary Dr for my mother."

"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. I only give 1 star because there is no zero on the rating. I have been a patient at this Clinic for many years 10+ and whereas Doctor Dott is a good person though hardly there, the staff members employed at the front desk are not only rude, nasty but also very unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. The hours posted on the door are very misleading and change every time. I have been there several times at about 4PM and they claimed to close at 3PM so today I specifically went there at about 2PM and despite the door being open they said they stop seeing patients at 1PM because they dont want to be there till 7PM hmmmm. If I dint know better I would say the DOCTORS ARE NEVER PRESENT most of the time and they dont want to tell the truth about it so they make it look like it's your fault. You will wait for hours to see one if any. On several occasions I have seen Nurse practitioners who also don't seem to last there long which tells me there is a Management issue too. If you care about your health and dignity, I suggest you find a more professionally run Healthcare facility. I have a Primary Doctor at Healthcare Associates of Texas in Bedford and I guess I'll just stick there despite this place being close to my business in Irving."

"I have been going there for over 10 years, have never had any problems . Dr Kenneth Dott, is the best ever. I love that they really care about their patients. Because it is a walk in clinic, sometimes the wait it a bit long, but well worth it. I love they are opened on Saturdays.The ladies in the office always greet are nice to me. I have recommended this doctor to alot of my coworkers and they love him too."
