"Took my daughter to this location for the first time mainly cause of the raving reviews I read about them. And they did not disappoint! We did not set an appointment, we just walked in. And the wait time was not that bad. Check in process was pretty easy. Dr. Ilham was so patient and professional. She answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. My daughter also seems to like Dr.ilham since she did not fuss when she was checking her. I would highly recommend this pediatric urgent care to other parents."
"I made my appointment online fast and easy. Got to the office and everything went smooth and easy. They were fast, gentle and nice. Nurse, doctor, and front desk 100%. I recommend this place to everyone. My baby, 7 months we got there and out less than 1 hour. And yes, they were more patients. Thanks!"
"We took our baby yesterday for the first time and the front desk lady was very nice, helpful and fast. Also the nurse was the sweetest and very gental with our baby. The nurse practitioner that saw him yesterday was very informative and did a full check up on him and now my baby is felling much better with the medication prescribed. Great staff and fast service for a urgent care!"
"We came on a Saturday and they were busy making it so we had to wait a bit to be seen by the doctor despite having done an appointment online. However, the front office staff is very friendly and so was the nurse. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly as well. She took ample time explaining everything to us and didn't leave until she had answered every question. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this clinic."
"I took my daughter in the evening time here for the first time and wow I’m just blown away at how wonderful all the staff was from calling when I was having trouble setting the apt online to checking in. The front staff was so nice! The nurse was so gentle and sweet with my eight year old special needs daughter. The Dr. took her time listening to all my concerns and really took her time to figure out what was wrong. Definitely will be back!"
