"I have had a Total knee replacement on both knees, I have also had three back surgeries done by one of the nicest, extremely caring, and best surgeon that I could possibly be blessed with, Dr. Kjeldgaard! Dr. K is more than a surgeon to me, he is my friend! I have been under his care since 2004 and if another surgery is needed in my future, NO QUESTION, it will be done by Dr. K!! His assistant Richard and his entire staff have been nothing less than amazing! I love Dr. K because of the man he is first, then because of his skill level, he is the best! "Wow, this is an amazing dentist office. They really worked hard to get me in for an appointment when I had a dental emergency. In addition to that, they adjusted the cost to fit my budget. The office manager, Bianca, went out of her way to call me even after she flooded out her vehicle trying to make it in to work. I highly recommend this dentist office because they proved that some businesses still care about their customers. These days, that's very difficult to find. Thank you Bianca and all the staff. "I cannot speak to the quality of the Doctors because I never go that far due to the extremely rude and unprofessional staff this office has. They need a serious lesson in basic customer service and treating people with decency. This can especially be said for one of the managers Meagan. She was the most vile person I have ever spoke to. When you have a leader like that, it makes sense why the staff thinks it is acceptable to treat people like garbage. I don't know who hurt her that day, but I seriously hope she doesn't speak to people like that on a regular basis. I hope the Doctors at this practice realize they are losing business because of their support staff and truly implement some new protocol to address it."

"Sitting in there office right now. Been waiting an hour to see the doctor. Told the x Ray from primary care doctor I got Les than 24 hours ago is no good they must take a new one. Doctor is nice but the staff is rude. Watch a man in pain be sent away because they scheduled his appointment at a different location and didn't tell him. He said he been coming here for several years and they never have changed the location. I feel bad for anyone else who comes here. Stay away."

"I had the rudest service at my initial visit. The only one that was remotely courteous was the actual physician. I was referred to physical therapy for a partially torn tendon and was not able to attend at their location as their hours are not conducive to anyone with a normal 8-5 job. When I was finally able to get in with an after hours pt facility, it had been almost two months since my visit. I called to get my pt order sent to the facility and never heard a word back from Trinity. I called several times and never got a return call. I ended up having to cancel my PT appointment because I could never get the order sent over. Now another month has passed before I can get in again (because of my work/school/kids schedule) and I call to have the order sent ONCE again. I never hear anything back so I call the day of. Of course it had been addressed in their system but they failed to call me back. Now they refuse to send the order over because of the time that has passed. Same injury, same pain, and a huge delay because their lack of professionalism. I am now walking around in pain, with a partially torn tendon, with my treatment being delayed yet again because of this place. Their management couldn't even answer as to why I was never contacted a month ago after repeated phone calls and messages. I will NEVER return to this practice and I will tell everyone I know how awful their customer service is. I will be following up with their closest competitor."
