"They are taking too long to make an appointment and if you tell them that the child is very sick, they still tell you that it will be in 2 days. and the receptionist still behaves a bit rude I am very disappointed. With the exception of pediatricians, they are very good doctors."

"Service along with customer service has declined. I called and was placed on hold twice for over 30 minutes. Not to mention my children had appointments before school started to see if they needed any shots. My child school called saying she's missing shots. I called Dr. Office to find out why they weren't administered after asking if any shots were needed while we were there, I was told no. Now they're saying that they don't know why shots weren't administered. I will be looking for a better provider for my children.."

"I do not recommend this office. The doctor tried scaring me into not using my son's asthma treatments unless I made him a follow up appt and had x rays done every time we used it. I sought the opinion of another doctor who told me x rays were not necessary nor recommended in children his age unless it was an absolute emergency. The other doctor told me to do the treatments as needed and I did not need a follow up for every treatment used. My daughter has an abnormal gait. In 2 other states, she needed physical therapy to correct the issue. When I brought this up to the doctor, she had my daughter walk 2 feet in the exam room and said, "she'll grow out of it. I don't see anything wrong." My daughter's foot turns inward when she walks but "she didn't see a problem." The second doctor I talked to about it agreed she'd need physical therapy to correct the problem. Next, I asked about therapists for my daughter as she was seeing one in the last state we lived in for some private issues. The office charged me $20 to print out the first page on Google of child therapists that I also had gotten doing the search myself. There was no doctor recommendation and unlike other offices, they didn't give me a list of those that take our insurance. It took 5 hours to do 3 wellness check ups on my kids. Fast forward to recently. I got a voicemail on Friday asking me to confirm an appt for my son the next day. I never made an appt. The receptionist told me they go ahead schedule the yearly check ups. I said, "You cannot just schedule an appt and call the day before and expect that we come in." Her only response was to say she could delete it. My kids had a wellness check up in August. It's January. They don't need another yearly until August. My son and daughter are twins that had their yearly on the same day yet they'd only sneakily scheduled my son for another appt. I asked why would you schedule one for a 7 year check up and not the other? Because he's 7, she said. So is she...they're twins. Oh someone canceled it. No "someone" didn't because only my son was scheduled. Maybe they get fees for "no show" appts this way. Very scammy. Do not use this office unless you like aggravation, long days at a doctor's office, being charged for Google print outs, and enjoy surprise appts with not quite 24 hours notice. We are withdrawing from this office and will be registering with a new doctor immediately. I will use the list if doctors given to me (for free) by the second doctor I discussed my kids issues with that actually helped us."

"I love this clinic!!, they take really good care of my daughter. Specially Dr. Rondon always answer my questions or concerns on every visit no mater the time she has spend with me (No like other clinics they are like fast food the Dr goes in and out without responding your concerns) and they always give me options for appointments when I needed. I definitely recommended to everybody, even my family started coming to this clinic and they love it too."
